Meet your therapist - Clair Rhead
My name is Clair and I am an NCPS Accredited Psychotherapist. Life can be hard and sometimes we find it harder than others and need help to
navigate through issues. As a person and a professional I give an empathetic, non-
judgemental space for everyone to work through their problems. As a pluralistic
Psychotherapist I am trained in a variety of different approaches and work with each
individual as to the most appropriate modality for them. Most of the time I find a
combination of techniques is the most effective for treatment. I offer a 15 minute
consultation on the phone, online, or face-face. This assessment helps me
find out more about you and tell you more about me. Please get in touch to book your

I offer a variety of evidence-based counselling services, including CBT, Person Centred, Psychodynamic and NLP. I also offer couples counselling.

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgement. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
